Mobile Learning Center Speech Therapy Sessions:
$80 per 45 min session
$100 per 60 min session
Includes: Speech therapy session within our mobile learning center. We bring our services right to your home. Please be advised a driveway or large designated spot near your home is required in order to ensure the safety of your child.
Teletherapy Treatment sessions:
$60 per 30 min session
Includes: 30 minutes of virtual speech therapy.
*Only available for residents of New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Colorado, or California
Academic Help with Reading/Writing:
$70 per 60 min session
Includes: One-on-one tutoring services within our mobile learning center. We bring our services right to your home. Please be advised a driveway or large designated spot near your home is required in order to ensure the safety of your child.
Individual Educational Play Sessions:
$70 per 60 min session
Have your child explore and play one-on-one with our certified/licensed SLP in our mobile educational play center to increase play, social, and communication skills. We bring our services right to your home. Please be advised a driveway or large designated spot near your home is required in order to ensure the safety of your child.
Group Play Sessions:
$30 per child for 60 min session (2 children minimum to book)
Take your child's playdate to the next level with our mobile educational play center! Groups up to four will be supervised by our certified/licensed SLP as they have the opportunity to explore and play in our mobile educational play center. We bring our services right to your home. Please be advised a driveway or large designated spot near your home is required in order to ensure the safety of your child.
Hear & Now Mobile accepts all major credit cards for payment of services. All payments are due at the time of service. Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept clients who are medicare beneficiaries.
Hear & Now Mobile operates as an out-of-network provider, which means we don't directly handle insurance claims. However, this doesn't mean you can't leverage your insurance benefits. Many plans offer out-of-network coverage or deductibles. We'll provide you with a detailed receipt, known as a Superbill, containing all necessary medical codes for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It's your responsibility to file the claim and follow up with your insurer. Please note that we don't guarantee reimbursement and can't bill insurance companies on your behalf. Before starting services, verify your coverage and address any pre-authorization requirements with your insurance provider.
